Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique is powerful, simple,
straightforward and quick. EFT is an advancement
of TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and works by gently tapping or
holding specific acupuncture points with
finger tips whilst tuning into an unwanted problem, emotion
or physical symptom.
This technique often works where other more conventional
therapies have not. The process is rapid, SAFE, drug
free and painless. Changes can
be seen with some clients immediately,
whilst others may need to test or gently experience a situation
away from the clinic where the problem occurred before, e.g.
flying.
