Phobias
Phobias are a strong form of fear. They
produce strong physical reactions which can start at any
time or have a specific trigger.
Symptoms will vary from person to person. These include physical
sweating, dilated pupils, and increased heart rate, sweaty
palms, dry mouth and clenched stomach. Such strong reactions
can leave a person feeling almost paralysed, unable to take
short breaks or holidays or cope with life.
