Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)
TAT was developed in the 1990's in America by the acupuncturist Tapas Fleming. Like EFT it is an Energy Psychology Technique.
TAT is an easy process for:
- Ending traumatic stress. (Now used along with EFT in war-torn countries for PTSD);
- Reducing allergic reactions;
- Freeing yourself from negative, limiting beliefs and stopping the inner negative chatter that keeps you from creating the life you want.
It combines lightly holding a few acupressure points whilst being guided to place gentle attention on a series of thoughts related to the problem.
The disruption of the energy system clears, leaving you relaxed and with a different perspective on your issue, in the same way that EFT does. One of the advantages of TAT is that issues can be dealt with more globally.
